The submission deadline for the photo competition being held to mark the International Year of the Coral Reefs (IYOR) has been extended to 20^th November to allow for more entries. Through this competition, held under the theme ‘People and Coral Reefs’, we hope to raise awareness among local divers and marine enthusiasts on impacts faced by the coral reefs of the Maldives.

The photo competition is open to Maldivian amateur photographers aged between 16-35 years. Further details and rules of the competition can be found on this document
