Together with International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), on 22^nd of June 2014 Marine Research Centre hosted a workshop on “Maldives Sharkwatch Programme”. The workshop took place in Marine Research Centre and all current participants of Sharkwatch participated in the workshop. The purpose of the workshop was to present the key findings of the 4 years of Sharkwatch Programme. Sharkwatch started as a collaborative programme under the Darwin Reef Fish Project between the Marine Conservation Society and Marine Research Centre.
